TussockHyre
Last updated: 16 September 2026
These are the terms for tussockhyre.com, run by TussockHyre in Hexham, Northumberland, United Kingdom (email careers@tussockhyre.com). Using the site, or applying through it, means you're agreeing to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
"TussockHyre", "we" and "us" mean the people running the site. "You" means you. "The site" is tussockhyre.com. An "employer" is the business offering a position, and a "listing" is how that position is described here.
We post positions you can do from home and introduce applicants to the employers behind them. We're not the employer. Who gets hired, the contract, supervision, how the work runs and what it pays are all up to the employer. Applying doesn't make you our employee, and it doesn't guarantee an offer.
Read the whole thing: duties, how the work is done, how you'd be engaged, who's eligible, and the conditions. Positions fill up and details change. When we find out, we update or pull the listing. See something wrong? Email careers@tussockhyre.com and tell us which one.
Be honest, and apply as yourself (unless you're helping someone who's asked you to). You need to meet the position's eligibility and right-to-work rules. Message HR on WhatsApp; nothing is sent until you press Send. No WhatsApp? Email us. The employer might want more information or a chat before offering anything.
TussockHyre never charges applicants. No application fee, no placement fee, no admin or training fee, no deposit. Employers pay us for the advertising and introductions they use. We'll never ask you to buy crypto, put money into an account, pay to get work or send money so your wages can be released. If someone does in our name, email careers@tussockhyre.com.
The employer sets the pay, and it only applies to that position and its conditions. A range doesn't mean you'll get the top of it. Before you say yes, get the employer to confirm in writing: their legal name, what you'll do, how you're engaged, the rate or how pay is worked out, the hours or workload, and when you'll be paid. We can't guarantee you work, a minimum workload or any income.
We stand behind what we say and advertise. Employers stand behind what they tell us and their duties as employers. If our ads and this site don't match on something that matters, we'll fix whichever is wrong, and no general disclaimer cancels a specific promise or your legal rights.
Our Privacy Policy covers how we handle applications. Meta and employers have their own policies for what they keep.
Don't pretend to be someone else, send fake applications, use another person's details without their say-so, spread anything harmful or mess with the site.
Feel free to view and save pages for your own job hunting. Anything else, like copying pages elsewhere or using them commercially, needs permission. The photos are licensed stock, not real applicants or employers.
Buttons open WhatsApp or your email app. We don't run those.
We can't promise the site will always work or that a position stays open while you apply. We might change or pause things without warning.
Nothing here takes away rights, guarantees or remedies you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other law that can't be excluded, restricted or modified.
Apart from those rights, TussockHyre isn't liable for indirect or knock-on losses from using the site. That doesn't limit liability for fraud or anything else the law won't let us limit.
Typos and glitches happen. We fix them when we spot them.
If you break these terms, say by applying with someone else's details without asking, you're responsible for the loss that reasonably follows, except for any part we caused.
We're not responsible for delays or failures we can't reasonably control, such as a hosting or messaging outage.
The rest still apply. And if we don't enforce a term straight away, we haven't given up the right to.
These terms, our Privacy Policy and our Compliance Statement are the whole agreement between us about using the site. Nobody else has rights under these terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
We'll message you about an application on WhatsApp or at the email you used. To send us a formal notice, email careers@tussockhyre.com.
The law of England and Wales, with disputes heard in its courts. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you keep the protections your local law gives you and can bring a claim there.
There's nothing to log in to, and we'll never ask for a password. If someone offers you a TussockHyre login, it's not us.
If we reasonably think the site is being misused or someone has given false details, we can take down a listing or decline to pass on an application. We'll tell you if that affects you.
You can't hand your rights under these terms to someone else. If TussockHyre is taken over, our rights can pass to the new owner, and these terms still apply.
If you end up working, the agreement is between you and the employer. We're not part of it, and we can't enforce it for either side.
If you suggest improvements to the site, we might use them, and we don't owe you anything for it.
Email careers@tussockhyre.com with questions or complaints and mention the listing. When we change these terms, the new version goes here with a new date, and it doesn't change anything that already happened.
