Things worth checking before you apply

01Do I need a qualification?

No. Neither role needs a qualification — the short online training and guides show you what to do.

02Can I work from my phone?

Yes. A phone is all you need, and a tablet or laptop is fine too.

03Do I get to choose my hours?

Yes. Work at whatever time fits your day and change it later with a message to HR.

04How do I apply?

Tap Apply and send HR a message on WhatsApp. Applications are only processed once that message is sent.

05Can I switch from part-time to full-time?

Yes. Start with the hours that suit you and tell HR on WhatsApp if you would like more later.
